Onomatopoeia began in the year 2000, when
Jay Sachtjen (Fender Rhodes & Hammond Organ), Matt Krueger (drums), Ben Johnson (bass), and Brian Haas (Lead Guitar)
began playing together. Jay used to play in The Marmadukes and Matt and Ben have
been playing together for more than six years and with Brian for three of them.
